Harbor Freight sale items

Greetings;
                    Just and FYI. Our Harbor Freight store in Sarasota, 
Florida I'm told is a "franchise" store. I went there to buy a winch for an 
ATV they had "on sale" on the web site. The winch wasn't on sale at the 
store and I was told I would have to bring a printout of the web site item 
to receive the "sale" price. They wouldn't sell me the item at the 
discounted price without it.  Also, I was told, the stores carry many items 
the web site doesn't and vise versa.  Buyer beware. Regards:  Dana - K1RQ
