Heathkit IM-4180 FM deviation meter

Problem solved. The meter movement is a 200ua FS and there is no
shunt. It basically acts as a direct reading voltmeter. this was
uncovered by Keith Harvey VA3KRV - VE3KHV who went to lengths to
substitute a meter of known value and made tests for comparison. I owe
it all to him, whart a guy! The same movement is used in several other
test equipments like the Heathkit VTVMs.
Thanks to all who responded.
