Heathkit Novice Station

Good morning all and tnx for your suggestions.  The receiver does not appear to be dead as I get a wide variety of SSB and CW signals I just don't hear my own signal.  I will try the suggestions and let you know how things workout Thank you so much for your help.  73"s Gary WA0EAF
