[Heathkit] Yoiks! A restorers worst nightmare

Actually, a worse nightmare would be a rig where the RCA output jack had
been replaced with a normal coax connector.  Very difficult to restore to
normal even though the normal coax connector is better.

Been there done that!  And then there was the HW-101 with a driver's license
number engraved in the FRONT panel.  Mercy.

If you don't have a sleeve, use two nuts appropriately spaced.  For the 
screw, look at toggle bolts at your favorite hardware store.
