WTB: shield cover

Greetings all.

 I need a shield cover to finish a HW-101 I am restoring. It is the cover
that goes under the driver board and covers the 4 small pc boards that
have the bandswitch wafers on them. It has the holes for the alignment
tool to go through for the various coil and is labeled with the band
numbers. Thank you.
