Questions/part for sb-630

I have a SB-630 missing the neon bulb for the timer.   I don't have a manual 
so need to know specifics about the part.  Also there is a wire on the 
middle contact of the relay about 6 inches long not connected.   The clock 
works so if I can do these repairs the timer buzzer and light might work.

Does anyone know where I can find a manual for this Frequency meter?   I
picked one up at a surplus sale of the University of Washington and as
expected it has several glitches.

Will be tough to repair without a manual.
