There was an article in an Electric Radio magazine some time ago, last
year, I think, wherein an amateur radio op in England tested all of the
tiny modern crystals. ALL of them stood up to far, FAR greater currents
than the DX-20 ever could possibly draw.
If you are really terribly concerned about it, I will gladly dig the article
out, scan it, make a PDF out of it and send it to you.
I must say that I was very surprised at just how much abuse those little
things would take. They are at least as reliable as the full-sized FT-
243s when used in the same circuits.
