Heathkit HM-2012? Help with other values?

I am trying to assist a widow in the assessment
of value prior to offering it for sale.

She says she has a Heathkit HM-2012 but I cannot
find a listing for that.

She also has a HM-2102 and that I have found.

???

Also, anyone know the current fair market value
for the following?  I was able to identify value
for most of the gear but not these items.
