SB-104A cw filter

The p/n for the SB104A CW filter is 404-458.  This filter can  ONLY be used 
on the 104, and conversely all of those CW filters for  the other SB and HW 
lines are incompatible.  Center frequency is  slightly different and impedances 
are also different.
 
I used a HW101 CW filter (cuz that's what I had) on my SB104, and to make  it 
work adequately required lots of mods: Not for the faint of heart.   These 
filters were physically the same size, but that's about all the similarity  they 
shared.
