Hi Jack,

I tried several times to reply to you directly but my messages where 
always bounced back. Says fatal error, mailbox unavailable.

Here's a copy of my reply:

I build my unit the old fashion way, all by myself. I don't think 
that there is any kit available for this unit. BTW if you look 
closely at the model number "SE-74" that I used, it simply means 
"Spring Edition 74". The AE letters also where on the stick-on sheet, 
so I used them as sort of a "Alex Electronics" logo. The power-on 
indicator is not a LED, but a green glowing neon lamp. It has the 
same soft glowing color as a "magic-eye tube" and looks very nice 
when powered on.

I didn't really intend to leave the files on the server, just wanted 
to put them up for a while for any interested parties to get the article.

Maybe I could include it into a new website project that I am 
currently also building and that is very related to old electronics 
projects, but I'm still in the process of loading information into 
the system, and finding an appropriate domain name.
