Heathkit SB series buzz from speaker on receive

Hi:

I have been recently doing more work on the buzz which can be heard from 
my Heath SB-102 transceiver on receive.  Are there any updates on this 
issue in 'green' land?

I may have a solution.  If interested in my findings, please drop me an 
e-mail and I will put something together. I would appreciate comments.
