Heathkit SB series buzz from speaker on receive

Does the buzzing sound start, after tube warm up, when you turn the 102 on
or does it take a minute or two to start buzzing?

Might be that the audio amp is oscillating. This condition can be caused
by a failed bypass cap, wiring or too much positive feedback.
