Front panel silkscreening

This is a bit "off topic", but here goes:
 
I need a name for an individual who does front panel silkscreening  on an 
HQ-129X Hammarlund that I just picked up.  I seem to remember an  article, many 
years ago, written for Electric Radio about this, but memory fails  me and 
can't find the article.  Any help out there?
