For anyone interested in building a simple electrolytic cap restorer
that works very nicely, I scanned the article pages from the original
magazine (1974 Spring Edition of the Electronic Experimenter's
Handbook). I build it myself about 2 years ago, and it has been quite
useful, not only as a cap restorer, but also as a HV source to test
Nixie and Panaplex displays, and other uses that require a
low-current Hv source.
