Power Supply Question

Hello,

I have a PS-1175 power supply.

On the front panel it says:  "DC Output: 15 Amp."
The rear panel contains a 15 amp fuse.

Chuck Penson's "Heathkit" book says:

"The PS-1175...will deliver only 5 amps continuous
and 10 amps intermittent (10 minutes maximum)."

So, is this a 15 amp power supply, or is this only
a 5 amp power supply?
