Heathkit SB-102 PS Switch Position

It should be set on the "high" (300 volt) position. 
The "low" (250 volt) position is primarily for the old
HW-12, HW-22, and HW-32 series.

Also, the original HP-23 required a "hard wire" change
between the 250 volt and 300 volt positions.  Starting
with the HP-23A there was a switch.
