DX-100B Problems Continued

Despite previous help I'm still struggling with a DX-100B.  160 and 80 
meters have about 60 watts out, 40M about 40 watts, nothing on the higher 
bands, no difference on CW or AM.

Driver current and grid current indicate very low to zero, depending on the 
band, on the front panel meter. Voltages at the various tube pins seem OK, 
don't have any data on what the signals should be at the various stages. 
Tubes have all been tested and substituted with no problems found.

Where to go from here?
