Source for Finishing / Dress Washers

I've been trying -- without luck -- to locate a source of what I think
are called "finishing" or "dress" washers. They're the thin, plated
washers that fit between a panel and the mounting nut for a
3/8-inch-diameter CW key jack. I'd like to find not only the standard
size, but some that have a bit more shoulder width to cover an existing
panel hole. Standard zinc-plated washers are too thick and not
attractive. 
 
Does anyone know of a source for such hardware?
