Paul,

Search the Switchcraft site. If no luck, email them.  I'd be surprised if 
they don't have what you want: for example they still make the jack covers 
that are/were found on military gear such as the BC-348, in black and army OD.

Click Product Lines, Jacks and Plugs, then scroll ALLL the way down to 
Mounting Hardware.  (You'll pass the link for Jack Covers.) Once you find 
the part number, hit Mouser or others with that.

If all else fails, there are some places dedicated to military fasteners.. 
Costly but they have an astounding selection of hardware.
