Source for Finishing / Dress Washers

Any large town has a fastener store.  That's all they sell. For Instance in
our area, Tacoma Nut And Bolt. They also would be more likely to have
fender washers or larger outside diameter. Most hardware stores have
stainless steel washers you can buff shiny. Fred W7PRV
