Heathkit SB-200 - no output

Thanks for all the responses to my inquiry. I examined the relay and noticed
there was evidence of clipped wires and solder.  I think the relay had been
replaced in the past with a used relay.  I tested the relay out of circuit
and it is bad.

Make sure the contacts on the relay are clean and making contact.  That can
affect things.
