W5M Power Transformer Follow Up

First I'd like to say thanks to all the responses I received. I did find
what I suspect to be a problem which was causing excessive current flow in
the 6.3 volt filament lines. Rather than go into all of it here I put up the
story on the web with some pics. Real test of the fix will be this 4th of
July weekend.
