Need some parts for an SB-200

Hi, friends,

I hope somebody can help me. I need the following for a SB-200 Linear
Amplifier:

Required:

Part No. 40-592      40 meter input coil (L4)

Part No. 20-112      310 uuf mica capacitor (C32)

Part No. 20-42        510 uuf silver capacitor (C31)

Not necessarily required, but would like to obtain:

Part No. 40-593      20 meter input coil (L3)

Part No. 20-108      200 uuf capacitor (C34)

Part No. 20-121      360 uuf capacitor (C33)

Please let me know if you have any of these parts available. I will gladly
cover the cost of the parts and shipping.
