HW-101 loading

Can anyone tell me where the PA loading capacitor is supposed to be set when 
the lever on the panel is over 50 ohms?  One or both of the "wheels" have 
slipped on the HW-101 I'm trying to resurect.  As it was moving the lever 
would only open the loading cap from full meshed to about 50% meshed.
