Can I just echo this comment ...

That was my experience when I asked for assistance with the Volume pot
-on/off switch  on my HD-1410 keyer. Within hours I had received 4
responses which included offers of spare parts, and advice on how to
dismantle and restore the control. In other words I all I could have
wished for :-)

This my first request so I approached it with some caution having had
my head bitten off in similar circumstances elsewhere on the net ...
However I needn't have worried.
