Guys,

According to my copy of the Heath PMF (Parts master file),  the specs for
the 54-2 are:
125V (tapped) @ 10 mA,  6V (tapped) @ .8A.     There is also a "54-2-24"
which 
had dual primary windings for 120/240V input.

Hope that clears up any confusion.
