DX-60 Problems

Sounds to me at though your final amp tube has "grid 
emission" usually caused by severe overload at one time or 
another in its life.

My suggestion is to replace the final with a new one and 
test again.

There MAY be a similar issue with one of the other tubes, 
perhaps the driver.
