SB-634 problems

My SB-634 blew up last night.  I traced the problem to the variable
capacitor on the RF board.  My copy of the schematics is terrible but I
think the number is C304.   I  probably have something equivalent in my junk
box.  I don't have a manual for it so could someone give me the value of the
part?  Also, once replaced I don't know how to calibrate it.  I see that
there is a jumper for calibration but I have no idea what to do.  Any help
would be appreciated!
