Looking for an SB-101 Dial Assembly

I am working on an SB-101 and the plastic zero pointer plastic is worn out
and chipped on the dial assembly. It looks like the Dial and Zero pointer
came as one unit. The book gives the part number as 100-449.

The zero pointer moves and changes position as you turn the dial to change
frequencies. If anyone has run into this and has come up with a solution
Please email me.

Thanks
