Impedance Bridge - IB-2A - functional operation pages?

I have an IB-2A, cleaned up and working.  I don't understand the functions and switch positions.  does anybody have the pages from the manual on how to operate this, and maybe that brief theory of operation section?  I have the schematic, given all the wafer switch levels it's kinda hard to figure out what's going on.
