SB-614 Monitor Scope problem??

Hi, gang!

My SB-614 monitor scope works fine.BUT: the vertical gain on the waveform
isn't right. Even with the gain pot wide open, the trace only fills one line
either side of the raster grid from center; sure isn't much compared with
the SB-610 I had some years ago, and the last '614 I had. Can someone give
me any idea where to look? All other functions seem to be all right. Focus
is fine and and intensity is good.  I haven't checked the HV caps yet,
though.
