SB-634 Question!!

Power companies frequently upped the frequency a bit, this reduces 
loading on the grid and enables them to lower the power requirements 
at peak hours. They usually make it up by slightly lowering the 
frequency at low demand hours. That way clocks got back on time by 
themselves. It seems that might not be any longer the case.
