FS: HE-48B speaker

Heath didn't make an HE-48 series speaker.  However, the HE-48 speaker is the matching speaker for the Lafayette HE-30 receiver and the HA-63 receiver.  The HE-48A speaker was the matching speaker for the HA-63A, HA-500, and HA-700 receivers.  The HE-48B speaker was the matching speaker for the HA-600A, HA-600T, HA-800, and HA-800B receivers.
