Heathkit AT-1

I am looking for an operating manual for a Heathkit AT-1 Amateur Radio transmitter. I pulled mine out of the mothballs but cannot find the operating manual. Haven't used it since I was a kid.

Also anyone have an idea of value for an original unit?
