This is a cover that managed to escape from the place where missing 
receiver bottom covers and socks often disappear to. This may also work

Collins Radio Fundamentals of Single Sideband Book - $75 plus shipping
Good condition except the upper left hand corner has a slight tear along
the edge. This can be seen in the photo. Pages are clean with no 
markings inside.

TMC Single Sideband Handbook....$85 plus shipping
TMC Technical Materiel Corporation Single Sideband Handbook published in 
1964. This was written by William P. Henneberry and the book has been 
autographed by the author. The book is in excellent condition. The dust 
jacket has wear on the edges. Unlike the Collins Radio Single Sideband 
Book, this is a much harder book to find.
