Thanks for the reminder, was going to look this up when the original
request was posted but did not get around to it.

Here is the dope (from IT-17 list but will also work in TC-2 and TC-3):

811A: 

Type 3
Filament 6.3
Plate 34
Top CE
Bottom D (bold)

Note:  Requires jumper from plate cap to pin 5
on any other tube socket
