Absolutely. I use one I bought for all my Heath gear, and others too. It was 
one of the better purchases I have made.

It was designed for tube-gear. The SB-303 outputs are a bit too low for 
proper operation. 

Besides, the SB-650 uses nixie tube readouts which, although they work 
very well, when they go bad, it is very difficult to find good replacements.
