Silicon, NPN. 1 watt dissipation, 150 degrees C junction, 300 volts, hfe
of 40 minimum, and 0.75 volt Vce sat. Good to 60 MHz.
Used as a high frequency amplifier. Does not list a case, but I'd assume
it's TO-92.
