[Heath] List migration and subscription options

Greetings, all -

We're finishing up some fine tuning, but it looks like the list has
migrated fairly smoothly.

There have been some questions regarding managing your subscriptions.  To
manage your subscription, go to the URL:

https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/heath

The migration process assigned a password to you.  To retrieve that
password, go to near the bottom of the page at the above URL.  You will
see a text box next to a button that says, "Unsubscribe or edit options". 
Enter the e-mail address that you use for the list into the text box and
press the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button.

Near the bottom of the page that you are brought to after pressing the
edit button is a "Password reminder" section.  Press the "Remind" button
and your password will be e-mailed to you.

Once you have that password, you can return to the configuration URL and
manage your account, including changing your password.
