[Heath] PARTS NEEDED

I have a Heath HD-1410 keyer that I got from an estate, and it is  
missing the plastic lever that is used to adjust the paddle spacing  
and the hardware used to mount the lever.   I don't have the owner's  
manual, so I can't give your guys the specific part numbers.

So, is there anyone out there that has a parts unit to help me out?    
Thanks in advance for any help or ideas where to get the parts.
