[Heath] Heathkit power cords

At the suggestion of a couple of people I have found a way to make the connector 1 piece instead of 2 separate pins.  Of course, the ground wire is still a separate connection.  These are for the SB-300, SB-301, SB-400, SB-401.

The reason for a 3-wire cord is for safety and to eliminate the "tickle" that can often be on the chassis if the unit is not grounded.
