[Heath] SB-200 - bias shift

Well, the reason I get bias-voltage shift when I use the Harbach soft-
key is that the power-MOSFET switch has as much as several ohms of 
resistance when it is "on". The same thing happens with the KeyAll.

Although there are some power MOSFETs available with very, very low 
Rdgs, they are 1) very expensive, 2) hard to find, and 3) usually 
good for MANY amps, so are physically much larger.

By changing R-16 to a pot, all that can be easily compensated for.
