[Heath] SB series sticky sliderule

You lubricate the drive bearing surface, but not where the plastic wheel 
fits into the grooved wheel...on both the main dial and the 
sliderule.....on the slide rule pointer, you can lubricate it's 
horizontal surface, where it contacts the  plate...
