[Heath] HW-8 parts and info needed

Got a new main board and need some parts.

I've attatched copies of the part list.  Looking for:

1 of each of the 4 crystals.

Info on winding or origional  E1 to E3 coils.

Do the E4 coils need to be in cans?

Pushbutton switch assembly or a rotary switch that might work.

Relay or info on coil so I can get one locally.
