According to my Dick Smith ESR meter, two of the three sections of the can-cap in my IP-27 are also shot, and the remaining section is "iffy". Furthermore, the caps I installed to replace two bad ones are within 10% of being bad, and the one cap I did not replace, 250 MFD 25 VDC job IS shot, despite it looking just fine. Ken W7EKB
