It is a "Dick Smith" model, possibly no longer available, although there are 
other newer ones similar to it available.

It is very small, requires only a 9 V battery to run it, has digital readout, a 
self-test mode, turns itself off after 1 minute of no change in input, has a self 
zeroing feature and appears to work very accurately and well.

I have not used it very much yet. I wish I had.
