[Heath] Heathkit desk mic question!

Hi folks,

I got a Heathkit desk mic, pretty nice one. Has a tan plastic body with
brown PTT and PTT lock buttons. Screen on the element is black. Heathkit
label on the bottom shows wiring diagram and there's VOX/Normal and Hi/Lo
impedance slide switches. Might be a Turner private-label job for Heath,
but who knows?

No indication of a model # anywhere. Has the mid-late '70s Heathkit text
(double-underlined) where the mic's element pillar rises from the base.
Seems to me that this one was probably sold for the SB-104/A series as a
matching accessory. Maybe for the HW-5400? Maybe even the SS-9000??

Anybody know? Never run across this style before.

Put a new mic connector on it and it works great, so it's hooked up to the
SB-104A.
