[Heath] Place that aligns Heathkit radios - still around?

I am trying to align an SB-401 transmitter and an SB-303 receiver to work
together smoothly -- hopefully back at 'factory' specs.

 

Does anyone know if that place that use to specialize in doing this (was it
'OTR,' or something?) in New York state is still in business, and if so,
what their name, email address, and telephone number is please?
