[Heath] SB-401 driver tube shield missing

When I have had missing shields, I have used Heavy Duty aluminum foil.

If you use liquid shoe polish, BLACK, and paint the inside, it works well.
The shoe polish helps attract the heat and the bare aluminum radiates it very well.
Cheap solution to a problem.
