This IC and other 4-terminal regulators have been discontinued for likely  
25+ years!
 
You might luck-out and find one at a surplus outlet online: These are  
wholesalers, you likely won't be able to buy just one. 
 
The IC still exists as the NTE/ECG replacement, NTE953.  This is your  
retail best bet: Look for a electronic parts store that's been around  for 
decades, they might have one in a dusty bin.
 
Expect to pay a premium
